Install pfSense 2.0 RC1 on VMWare Workstation 7

I used 2 network adapters, though after configuring the adress is not pingable from the ip that i assigned to em1. And the wan adress too. mmmm I tried to check logs, but it keeps spamming about blocks and bad hdr lengths?

Well you obviously have some issue with the networking of the VM, it is not a pfSense issue. Check the error messages and google it for solution. Before a long time I have some similar issue with networking in VM Ware Workstation. I was not able to ping VMs from the Host, but there was network connectivity.

thx mate, it helps. I was wrong for one thing when I was trying to configure pfsense after installation. I used vlans, not 2 network adapters.
