A little while later, we got into a car wreck fifty miles from home, we couldn't afford a tow, and our car wasn't drivable. she called him to ask what to do. He left work, hooked up the trailer, and came and got us. he drove an hour in his truck, then got our car onto the trailer and took us home. He didn't ask what was in it for him, he didn't think it's too far, he just showed up with his big heart.

i think i know who my friends are now,some people do things only to impress other people and sometimes when someones taking that path you just have to walk away if all they want to do is hurt themselves and then use you for support later then go and take your own path....a more successful one in the end,some people are just too immature.that's what i learned today.

this song reminds me of my best friend in the world mike who passed away jan 16th. he was 55 yrs old which is a big difference but he was always there for me i could call him not feeling well and he would walk to the store and then clear across town just to bring me medicine i love and miss him <3

You can always tell who's a real friend this is a true song. i've been there i've been left by somebody who i thought a real friend. i've lost many friends because they're the one's who aren't willing to stick up for you or help you out but the one's who start all the rumors about you. that's always the thing about high school. you lose ppl more than you gain but you have the true one's there for it all.

Love this song, i have a guy best friend, thats always there for me no matter what! I crashed my car a couple of months ago, and while i was in the ditch at 3:30 in the morning, i txted him, and he showed up real fast, droped everything and helped me. Thats only one of the times of the million times hes helped me, hes a truly good friend :)

REAL friends (rare to find, and harder to keep) and SIMPLE friends, people you visit, and do things together with. This song by ALL definitions, is about REAL friends.
