DO NOT rent from this company. My daughters 21 birthday ended up with a black limo NOT pink due to the pink limo breaking down. The black limo was half of the pink limo and I cannot get a refund from Pretty Pink Limos. They want to offer me limo time but as I told them her Birthday is over so we don't want limo time we would like a refund and they brag about 100% guarantee customer satisfaction on their website. I am having to fight to get what is owed back to me from this company.
