  • Thank you very much for this post.

  • fyi...cassavetes did not like how this movie came out, and he thought bobby darin couldnt act.

  • Saw it the other night on DVD- and I agree. While the some of the earlier scenes and themes are interesting, Bobby Darin was an awful actor that only wanted to look "cool" (how did he deal with the scene where he got beat up I wonder?). The wild, desperate attitude the movie tries to take on cannot fit in with a typical structure like this. Thank God Cassavettes went on to develop his amazing style.

  • @jpastuch I cannot find this on DVD etc. Can you help?

  • This is such a cool film. I videoed it off the TV some years ago. Love it!

  • Thanks for the upload...been looking forward to this one for a long time.

  • You're welcome. My interest is in providing some rare Bobby Darin material, but this hard to find film is also important to those interested in John Cassavetes' work.

  • I watched this flick in its entirety and loved it. Thanks.

  • I love John Cassavete, of course he was good in The Dirty Dozen, but I liked him in a movie that came out in the early 80's called "The Tempest" with Raoul Julia, most probably hadn't seen it but it was pretty good. My 2 cents worth

    peace
