  • this video should have a disclaimer due to the fact that so many people injure their lower back by doing this exercise improperly. if you insist on doing this particular exercise, first do it with a profressional trainer until they are satisfied that you can perform it safely on your own.

  • Not a big fan of these leg raises. Feels like I work my hip flexors more than anything. Hanging or decline bench makes them a lot better

  • @hellario2 i would say put your hands under your butt and try to stop the hip flexors from moving, of course hanging leg raises are still good

    i jus wanted to ask. Does breathing in as you lower and out as you lift make that much of a difference?

    cause wen i do it i think i do it vice versa

  • @LostFaceify but as soon as that someone dissapears from ur life or shows no interest OR you lose interest in that person, you will stop doing it, that is why you need to do it for YOURSELF

  • @MrMentix you are right, but most of the time, something else takes over. Ive seen it many time how people start to get in shape for a person. And thats when they see what they can become and pretty soon , they start becoming dedicated to bodybuilding and such. I treat "someone" else as a starter. Isnt it why we all body build? The whole purpose for having the best body is to attract the best mate. even if you dont realize it.

  • @LostFaceify I don't do it for anyone else then me, and I'm ripped.

    I do it to stay healthy, and keep my body in shape, not to show my body off to someone else, altough that is a perk.

    But everyone can look good, even if you are not ripped or muscled, looking good mainly comes from confidence, and yes you gain more confidence when you know you're body is in shape.

    But you should always do it for yourself,and not as a main reason for someone else.
