  • nahhhh how is this used in the kitchen ,suppose it will make her more flexible for vacuuming

  • You do look very off balance - maybe your stance could do with some work. Do these bands not restrict the full movement of the kick? I think in theory it is a good idea but I personally would use light weights on each ankle this way there is no restriction in the full movement & technique. Obviously using weights & other methods need to be used sensibly otherwise your knees/ankle joints pay for it later. Cheers :)

  • @2JAMMY The resistance is meant to help develop strength, balance, flexibility and endurance. The resistance level depends on the level of the athlete and their range of motion. There will be some restriction but it will be smooth and consistent. When taken off you will return to normal range of motion and beyond with the idea of creating additional strength, speed and quickness along with improved balance.

  • these girls think we will like any bullshit they do!

  • weird hair

  • Gemma Nguyen can do better...

  • @JustEpicMe Thanks for the observation.

  • your technique is wrong

  • @T3hSk4s0R Please send a video reponse and show us.

  • Las patadas laterales siempre hay que rotar el pie de apoyo levantando el talon... Mucho mejor para tus rodillas y para la ejecucion de la patada. Saludos.

  • if thats your self defence, you should buy a gun.

  • This video sucks, useless

  • @PETNOM send a useful video response.

  • so after sidestep your front kick ... i just need to poke you on your shoulder so you can fall over right?

  • @LongJohnSilver1992 am I wrong? :)

  • i miss the sexy part i just saw the lady from 'the ring' with blond hair?

  • even the six year old kids i coach can do that better!!

  • turn your foot and you should be able to get higher round kicks :)

  • ok, kinetics will help strengthen the legs BUT.

    1. when you kick, DONT drive the kicks with your body movement but preferably try to use your waist!

    2. keep up your hands or you will end up ketchaping your pretty face!

    3. look where you are kicking, not the camera.

    4. Cut 1/3 of your hair and you will improve your look by ALOT!

    5. if you dont want responses like this then i suggest you disable response and rating on your next video :)

  • TRIM your hair,no... CHOP OFF YOUR HAIR and look where your kicking at...

  • TSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS....

  • shes fucking tall i wonder how tall she is

  • You look fucking stupid

  • Blonde shouldnt get to martial arts activity ....... clearly.

  • Keep your hands up :(

  • watch your arm base, and like supapoopa said always pivot, not pivoting is lots of stress on your knees. bands do help in raising kicks though

  • Check this hottie out - transcendence/darryl hill on youtube

  • Check this hottie out -

  • how tall is this chick

  • common my sister can kik better than her blod dont do martial art they make it worst she suck suck go train more

  • You need to pivot your hips on your round kicks. It's not a basic move. It takes years to get right. Doing them like that will damage your hips and have no power.

  • bien mala la chica

  • kicking higher comes from stretching/practicing your kicks, not bands. But adding resistance while practicing kicking can promote faster and stronger kicking!

  • This is nothing.

  • Before you start faffing about with kinetic bands improving your kicks, I strongly recommend you spend some time on your stance...quite a lot of time actually.

  • @Naddig74 yup improper kicks can lead to injury and other stuff right?

  • @Naddig74

She cal barely see where she's going, let alone what her legs are doing.

  • @Naddig74 We invite you to post a video response showing us .

  • @myosource There's gonna be a lot of video responses if we all do that...I personally am not a particularly good kicker...I suggest searching Youtube for videos by Kagawa sensei, about the best technical kicker I've ever seen.

  • @Naddig74 I would much rather see the response from people that comment. I am open to suggestions and ideas and video is a great way to express them.

  • @kbandstraining The value of a video of me demonstrating kicking techniques would be minimal...I'm considerably better at it than this girl, but not a hundredth as good as kagawa sensei, who I suggested earlier. Far better to learn by watching a true master, than a mere expert :P Unless of course you just want to sneer at other people technique, as some kind of tit-for-tat game?

  • @Naddig74 What would be wrong with a lot of video responses? I would enjoy seeing anything productive that might help myself or others. I

  • @myosource In actual fact, it's just occured to me that this being essentially a commercial to sell your training aid (which I'm prepared to agree is probably pretty useful), you would garner yourself more respect, and sales, if you stopped being all defensive and took on board the fact that the vast majority of people watching and commenting on this video _don't_ see the band being useful, they see a girl, who needs to find a scrunchy, kicking pretty poorly.

  • @Naddig74 yes this is primarily for the promotion and demonstraion of our product. some of these are old videos when we first started and not near as good as we would like. Its not so much about being defensive as it is about being tired of rude and incodierate people . No where in this video or information does it say this is the proper way to do any drill or exercise . If anyone wants to comment etc. how how about something productive and leave out the trash talk.

  • @kbandstraining First, this is the internet. Post _anything_ and you have to be prepared to weather some rude inconsideration. Second, if you want to sell a product that purports to improve your skill, you should be aware that the people looking at it are already going to have some level of skill...therefore the person demonstrating said product should be good at it too; this will associate high skill with your product. young MMA fighters are hanging out for sponsorship deals.

  • @Naddig74 The point is the product will help anyone at any level improve skills. Improving leg strength, hips stability and core strength are essential for athletic performance. This video at no point ever said anything about how to perfrom any specific move as if it were a move specific demonstration. That would be left up to an expert and neither her nor I made any such claim. This video was simply a demonstration of someone using our product.

  • @myosource you are also correct, there are a lot of young MMA fighters looking for sponsors. Mostly because they have no money . I have not found any that believe the two should benefit each other.

  • @myosource I will change the video title.

  • @myosource Really? Having your product linked to a professional fighter, who can kick well, and is winning fights in exchange for a few bucks towards his training program wouldn't benefit either of you? Pull the other one, it has a resistance band on it...

  • @myosource Nice goal post moving :) If you are not concerned with the quality of the demonstrands technique, why have you challenged me and several others to, essentially, ''prove we can do better'' by posting a response?

  • @kbandstraining Third, I do not believe I have been ''trash talking'' or un-productive...I offered the same advice that I would offer to any of my students to improve their technique.

  • Doesn't ur hair get in the way? :P

  • you forgot to pivot

  • Wheres your breathing?

  • Ok technique.. Nice body ;) All these haters are just mad because they are gay, thats all :D

  • hahahahahahahahaha! I can´t belive it either!!!! YOU SUCK BIG TIME!!! my two year old could block that kick and make you cry!

  • @2Aicitel Sounds interesting. Please post your 2 year old!

Sure this girl only would be about green belt in my rankings, but she's showing more in a video than you are.

  • @WildDogShadow Ok "Sweetie" your "rankings" falls short of our expectations. And I don´t post any videos, because I don´t feel as experienced as this" martial arts expert". I don´t want to have THAT in my concience!!! Can you imagine how many people would copy her bad technique!!! and how many injuries? HUH?

  • I'm only considering to start training in martial arts, but even I was disappointed when I saw her half ass-ed kicks that would leave her with broken legs.

Thanks, but no thanks..... I would not learn from her.

    And tie your hair ......

  • U SUCK , GO HOME TIE UR HAIR UP .THE ONLY THING AMAZING IS THAT U WASTED ALL THIS TIME LEARNING HOW TO KICK LIKE U HAVE NEVER DONE A KICK BEFORE . WHY IS THIS VIDEO PLAYING . I DONT GET THE MESSAGE THAT UR LEGS WILL GET BIGGER AND STRONGER . IS THIS A JOKE OR WHAT >>

  • LINDA =)

  • you suck so bad : D and you aint even that hot..

  • Cute yes but her kicks suck so bad I almost pissed my pants laughing

  • cool !!

  • WOOOOOOOWWW COOOL.. the funny thing is that .. she wont be able to kick twice since, her foot will be broken and hurt asshell after the first kick.. Very smart . SO GIRLS!. Buys these if u wanna ruin ur chance to get away when someone's trying to rape u.

  • @maddielek OK, good point but in Karate Schools you learn how to kick by the rules in a Tournament. You also learn that you should do it a little bit different in case of emergency or if You have to cause severe Damage to your Opponent in a REAL Fight.

  • @smellcaster in japanese karate schools they teach you that but in american they don't

  • @abomb10 Sometimes they teach such things if you take self defense lessons. Well, not how to kick high but how to cause some Damage to your Opponent to give you enough time to escape. Some of those Tricks are not allowed in Tournaments.

  • uhh u can hurt urself

  • Love i do karate and the kicks you are doing could damage your feet in a real life situation... -sigh-

  • @TimebridgeFC thats right this chaneel ir retarded stupid in every thinkable way
