I'd say don't do it. You don't get the full benefit of your stabilizing muscles in your shoulders which might (will) cause injury. Also; there's no direct benefit in training your shoulders behind the neck. Same thing goes for pulldowns.

Rob, you no u said u had to drop 25 pounds last year.. was that 25pounds of muscle. there for if your training for a competition do u gain more weight then drop your muscle weight down to the correct size so u weight the right amount for a competition..?thanks thinking about it.. it makes alot of sence to do that.. im hoping to compete in BNBF under 72 kg september 2011.. i currently weigh 69 kg. so wuould it make sence to gain my size up to say 75 kg. then 14 weeks before drop my size?

@shaunLEON85 It really depends on how long it takes for me to set up the next exercise. I try to work out at times when I know the gym won't be too busy so that I have time to quickly move from one exercise to the next. It's usually no more than 3 minutes
@shaunLEON85 yeah as long as it isnt more then 5 minutes rest between sets then i think your ok. but then you take away from the whole "getting in shape part of it" and instead your just building muscle... i like to take the least amount of rest possible so that i get a nice sweat and good cardio workout
