I switched from Mac to PC 12 years ago. It took me that long to figure it all out. I just got my new iMac. No more headaches. I hooked the two up to transfer files and after 20 minutes of fiddling on the PC with security, sharing, user permissions, etc to get it to connect I gave up. Went over the the iMac and ... as I should have known .... it had already recognized the PC. Bye-bye PC. I don't miss you one bit.
