Thank you for this video. I have looked @ almost every video on how to make a mofongo the way I remember it being done in Puerto Rico and you can't get any better than this. God Bless!
In PR they have a restaurant knows as Mr. Monfongo ( in aguadilla) right off the number 2... and they make it in thePilón and serve it on the Pilón ...its amazing!!! i love the chicken and shrimp monfongo my favorites!!!
