Hey Rusty bitch, fuck you. You aren't a scientist and you don't know shit about history. You recently told others on a youtube video that people like Gallileo, Archimedes, Newton, Bernoulli, Avogadro, Gauss, Ohm, Doppler, Joule, Kirchhoff, Mach, Hertz, and Tesla were losers because they weren't good with women "like you are" and because they didn't conform to "modern" ideas. Guess what, these men DISCOVERED modern day physics. SO F YOU little kid!
@figaro589 it allows the gameboy to be controlled remotely, also to extract the screen data, reprogram the arduinos and power the gameboy, as well as allowing for remote devices to be powered by the gameboy. oh and remote control of the pitch bend as well
@figaro589 its my own design so i put a 25 way port on my gameboys and all the accessories and they all work together. for example any gameboy that i have with a 25 way can be used with the TV out unit, and my Nes controller can be used to control the gameboy etc,
i don't have any paperwork on its design other than some scraps but you can see more on my blog (google NeX modblog)
I would do this but I don't have a clear case! I also want my mods to be discrete, as if they weren't there, so its still looks like a regular game boy.
@RobotLover0 not really possible, with a clear case any mods you do will be visible, its possible to get a factory look with a non clear gameboy, but not at all with the clear ones
@lazy674 kaufste dir so ne 3 farbige Deko-Kerze vom Karstadt oder so und tüddelst das rein ;) Wenn du noch mehr LEDs brauchst gibts die bei reichelt(.de)
@LightNWavy i don't really do tutorial vids (it involves speaking lol) but i have done tutorials that are online. i will be doing one that will work similar to the way this gameboy works and that will be posted on the same site that you can buy the backlights from.
@LightNWavy lol yeah, I hate talking in youtube videos it feels awkward. But I really am amazed with your gameboys!! I have a couple pockets and I really want to open them up and try to put some backlights or something in them...
@WAFFLEorPANCAKE not something exactly like this, as it was far too much work, but i could do something similar. i am working on a smaller version of the code so that it can be done simpler.
@RustyNex the LEDs look sick though and the backlight! I think its going to haunt me tonight though :P I didnt even realise that in was possible for half of those things to do inside a gameboy... most definitely the ultimate gameboy! Whats the parallel thing for?
very nice!

i didn't think it would all fit either, but there we go lol
the parallel socket is so i can get video out of the gameboy and controls in. it basically means i can remotly use the gameboy if i want to
