  • i just put marshmallows on a stick and pit them in a fire then juggled them

  • another thing is he didn't actually teach anything he just showed what he could do

  • use lighter fluid for zippo lighter or use ronsonol it's the same stuff just cheaper it doesn't smoke

  • @shaya963 except lighter fluid is dangerous and lights other things easily

  • @loglog7 he is using lighter fluid though only the type he uses gives off alot of smoke whats your point

  • I agree with a number of other comments. Some of his safety chat(?) is more than lacking.

You had better check what sort of fire extinguisher you use. Could be even more dangerous than the flames. Rest of his omissions have been made by others. Fuel, containers, checking torches, fire blankets, check floor and overhead, etc etc.Not a good video to follow, sorry.

  • this guy looks high

  • It's handy to have a fire blanket so you can put them out without waiting for them to nearly burn out. Cleaning them will prolong their life - his are caked in soot which should be wiped off with a tissue. It's easier with more space. And it's about as dangerous as cooking on a gas stove, but if you say 'woah this is very very dangerous!' I guess people think it's better.

  • i have yet to meet someone who is perfect at club juggling..

  • This bloke is a bit of a muppet. I have always used paraffin for fuel. Also, an old washed out food tin can is perfect for the fuel, or even a glass jar, although obviously this could break if dropped. Finally, once lit, the torches burn fiercely at first, so it is best to wait between 30 - 60 seconds before starting to juggle, even if your audience are impatient!

  • This reminds me of a song by aqualung. I'm burn in I'm burning I'm burning for YOU!

  • Recently arrested for arson and malpractice of skin grafting

  • Back piece of wood! Back I say! The art of juggling and shed arson.

  • so i guess this isnt for beginners lol

  • dont try tricks you cant do? wtf kind of advice is that?!

  • nice sound those flames make :O

  • Do the torches have to be lit when ur just learning ? :D

  • It looked like you were fending off the bit of wood leaning against the shed.

  • "Don't try tricks you can't do" : the best way to never progress

  • Also dont forget to wear ur poo looking yellow vest jokes gd stuff buddy !

  • i can juggle torches ;] i burned myself though so i stopped for a while.

  • It's over-safe because it's a video for beginners. If you smart asses really want dangerous try juggling freshly sharpened steak knives dipped in cyanide.

  • cool sound (Y) over safe gay

  • lol gud totarial but it a little over safe i do juggling and fire staff and the fuel i use burns at a low tempeature so it doesnt hurt unless u hold it 2 ur hand which is dumb anyway =S

  • Excellent Vid . Thanks. i can do clubs , getting ready to try torches. All info helps, one can never have too much. (that especially applies to people who struggle to formulate sentences , so they opt for ...'it sucks , etc , instead. Sad really)

  • this guy is a cunt

  • You know, the thing I really wanted to learn was how to actually flip the torch right so I can the unflamming spot and like...you know...JUGGLE!I kinda already knew how to light it and i also knew it was dangerous.DAAAAAA!!!!!

  • well you should learn to juggle clubs before ever juggling torches, so that's pry why he didn't show how to juggle and just how to light the torches

  • Yeah good point but then really I don't get the point in making this video

  • Patatoseur, if you are competent at clubs, but nervous about torches, this video is exactly what you need.

Far more than half of the torch accidents are from the fuel source. Stuff like moving the cup of fuel away may not always seem obvious to a newbie, so that is the purpose of the vid.

  • nice guy

  • haha, lol! this video was fun to watch, because it SUCKED!

  • f u

  • EXPERT VILLAGE DOES NOT HELP AT ALL!!!

  • yeah

  • where cna u get the juggling torches

  • jugglingstore(dot)com they've got a pretty good selection. I got mine there and they work great

  • What ever happened to "Here's one I shook off before"?

  • dont no y but i love the sound the fire makes lol

  • thanks, pretty useful

  • thats wat i thought would be the best fuel

  • Come on, extremely dangerous?

  • love your shirt

  • joe's vliegerwinkel. nieuwehoogstraat 19 Amsterdam.

  • where to buy clubs n let try to learn flame

  • juggling students aren't spastic, so dont teach like one

  • his not so good...

  • buy club?

  • can anyone tell me where to learn??

  • just buy clubs and practice you can find tips all over the interweb

  • uhh!

  • hum ok we got the safety with torches part but when exactly did expertvillage thought we would learn how to juggle on this vid? nl,ghkl;jg mklb bklgn bnvmklvnm bnjkfc gnbvj nkgknj gkjn mk gkvhnmkvbnjghnmbvknmghnmbvjkn bvjk nkmnk fggnhjnmjbvgbn bvk vkclbn ,lbn bv nb,m jmlhbjlghkkj hgkn bn hklgnmhgkj, jklmghklmnghkmjkglh v kllnbvnmbnmkl;nml;mklnhnmhmklnh

  • hum ok we got the safety with torches part but when exactly did expertvillage thought we would learn how to juggle on this vid?

loved the shirt btw : )

  • did anybody realise how fuckin awesome his shirt is !

  • haha Ben and Jerrys!! who thumbed you down? what a prick...

  • u are a sick juggler but this weren't a good tutorial.

  • Expert Village needs to hire an editor.

  • AH MA FRICKEN HAND

  • guy's a chump

  • k..how about teaching the people how to juggle them.. not nervously light sticks on fire..geez are you made of dry paper? ok show though.. not a tutorial of juggling.

  • guess what... i tried this and now im black..

  • lol it sounds like someone is jerking off xD

  • 44700 vids wow wtf!

  • it's a proper s9ite that's why it's got so mant search on google expert village

  • its damn hard in the dark all u can see are the flames

  • i'd laugh if he grabbed the sidewh the flame on it and all the other torches fell on him...it didnt look like he had anyone with a fire extinguisher standing by...

  • omg

  • Is it just me or did he sound nervous after the torches were lighted?

Haha, I can just imagine...if it were me I would be afraid to stop juggling.

  • Is it just me, or did he leave the cup of fuel underneath the area hes was juggling the torches?

  • lol

  • k wtf did u notice that there was grass and bushes behind him and he says that that was safe.....-.-

  • how to juggle molten lava stick up next

  • dude all you showed us was safty tips and the title is called how to juggle torches all you did was show us you juggling how are we supposed to learn from that?!

  • Uhhhh the things ACTUALLY NEVER SPUN IN MID AIR!!!!! I was not impressed!!

  • kool :P..u could tell that hes acting as in making the video 4 ppl 2 c

  • What the heck is he wearing?

  • i really hate this guy for some reason :\

  • hmmmm didn't exactly look like an expert to me, theres a lot better fuels to use than charcoal fluid and certainly a lot better fuel containers than a plastic cup which petroleum based products such as charcoal fluid will "melt" right through after about 5 minutes. he also didn't mention the most important safety tips like what clothes you should wear and to wear eye protection especially when you are a beginner. expert village? perhaps more like newb village... but hey who's judging ;)

  • Hater!

  • I'm guessing by "hater" you mean "someones who actually knows what they're talking about.

  • @erikkloeker Just what I was thinking!

  • @erikkloeker I think expert village's videos are only really good for beginners, but you're right, with this video it definitely does not help beginners. It just teaches them the wrong thing

  • @erikkloeker Not all charcoal fluid is petroleum based. Infact, petroleum based charcoal fluid is illegal in some places. (Sorry for the bump :P)

  • be safe and have fun?? you can't do both!

  • AGREED...

  • yeh everyone just has 3 torches lying arround the house xP

  • nice job but several fire safety errors were also made.

  • hes got some skill

  • Thats not really how to juggle torches, thats how to fuel, light, and blow out torches.

  • lol...it's like "never EVER hold the flaming torch like I am doing right now!!"

  • I'm glad he said "such as the one here" when he introduced the cup, because I was shitting myself trying to figure out what he meant.

  • what about chainsaws?!?!juggle with chainsaws!!! *evil grin*

  • Flaming chainsaws!!!

  • theyd blow up if u set them on fire.............

  • ha ha yea!

  • wish his shirt caught fire ;(

  • Nothing in this video on how to juggle torches, just how not to set stuff on fire with them

  • DUDE, if you don't know how to throw something up and catch it again, you're an idiot.

  • The title was 'How to Juggle Flaming Torches'... at least 'How to juggle pins!' is an actual 'how-to'. I could quibble about the stupidity of splashing fuel on plywood, fuel-in-a-plastic-cup, and wearing loose clothing while juggling fire. If it's going to be a how-to from EXPERT VILLAGE it is seriously lacking.

  • The video wasn't aptly named, but it gives the details necessary for flaming torch juggling. A person that doesn't know how to juggle torches (which uses the same techniques as juggling pins) shouldn't even think of juggling flaming torches. The technique is the same - the difference is that the torches are actually on fire. Your criticism is unmerited.

  • No. It teaches inappropriate 'safety precautions'. He says shake off the excess fuel 'away from the area' and put fuel 'away from the area' and then places the OPEN PLASTIC CUP OF FLAMMABLE LIQUID a few steps away, and proceeds to juggle a few steps away from the highly flammable plywood-with-fuel-on-it. And juggles in a cluttered area.

  • Sure, what he SAYS is pretty appropriate, but the manner in which he DOES the safety precautions is not. By submitting the video under the rubric of expertvillage, it is making a claim as being expert advice. In sum, it is not expert advice, and is advice that if followed could lead to fire mayhem.

I have juggled fire since he was pooping in his pants, and I have actually seen serious accidents from very similar methods to those employed by this self-styled expert.

  • Always a good thing!!!

  • I like his hat

  • "have fun" interesting video, im now compelled to learn how to juggle

  • Go for it...

I started with balls.. Its really fairly easy to learn three ball juggling. Once you get the hang of it, its almost automatic. It can take longer with pins until you get the flip down. I find juggling relaxing :)

  • pins.....

    flip.....

    :P

  • Mmmm... I use flaming human limbs to juggle with.

  • me 2

  • Don't try this at home!

  • I like his shirt
