Hate to break it to you, but the most likely recipient of an abortion isn't a middle class white Christian from the suburbs.  It is a poor, urban, drug addicted teenager. Not everybody lives in the evangelical white middle America, so why do these people think they understand and can decide for poor teens from the city? Not everybody lives in an idealistic world where the boyfriend cares for the mother-to-be, the grandparents are willing to help with the kids, and there is money to raise them.

I love how Christian fundamentalists oppose all of the first resorts against unwanted pregnancy (condoms, birth control, etc) then expect people to not use the last resort (abortion). Practicing safe sex is the most practical way to avoid abortions, and if you are against abortion you should support it.
