Sadly, this video doesn't do them justice. They need to be seen live. I think I've seen DMP close to 10 times already, including their first show at HOB.

Saw these guys last night in Lake Arrowhead Cali...so much fun! My husband and I danced all night just like we were teenagers again!!!

I'd say they're dang good for a tribute band. And Rob What's-His-Name, the lead guy, is pretty Danny-ish. At least, he's got Danny's crazy gestures down fairly well. Obviously they're not Oingo Boingo, but who is? NO ONE!

Skrew the naysayers... It's awesome that these guys have a band paying tribute to the best band in the world... ANd, quite honestly, they aren't half bad. Keep it up, guys!

Yeah my good fellow Boingoid, I would have to agree. Listen to my fellow Oingo Boingo fanatics, as somone who owns all of they're CDs, the Farwell show on DVD and a lot of posters and memorabelia, there is sadly NEVER gonna be a OB reunion, and this Dead Man's Party tribute shows indeed are very damn good.
Not bad at all indeed. I mean Vatos (Johnny Hernandez) has smiled and played drums at a few of their Halloween gigs, I believe, and Richard Elfman of corse has given his blessing ...

yes its very true, he is extremely sexy, he's not quite that old, he's about 53, but he's still very talented and sexy. i saw these guys on halloween and they're pretty good, i have nothing to compare it to, i never got to see Boingo live, i was only a little girl so to speak, heh, i'm so lame...^o^
