what amazes me when watching "stuck" videos is the fact the initial stuck vehicle obviously gets in to difficulty and then proceeds to "dig in" and dig and dig and dig as if that's gonna help!
Farming for 30 years, watching where they are driving. Common sense will tell you that soil that is saturated is softer 8 inches than at the top surface. Test the ground before putting heavy machinery on it. Geesh!!! And having a trailer cause drag, so there is more resistance. I've only been stuck once, and learned from that. Never been stuck again, if you sink, you better start to think. ;)

i got i BIG trouble with 6 bales of silage on a trailer pulling down a steep hill
the tractor slid aroud and jack-knifed with the trailer and the trailer pushed the tractor down a steep bank.
no damedge was dun but was 2 metres away from the bank dropping starght down.
wold have rolled if it wind down there
