15 sec isnt even fatal i did 5 for my training it was intense but wasnt like oc spray ...id git tazed any day rather than 10% spray

Being tasered for 20 seconds is actually fatal, would of probably killed you, maximum should be 5 seconds, but try telling Taser International that!
