@HawaiiIceman- Allen Lim is a good exercise physiologist but "probably one of the best physiologist ever" is a way over-estimation. Yes, he was the exercise physiologist for Garmin and now for Radioshack but there are way better ex. physiologist in the field. Others do the research, determine the possible effects on performance, he justs applies those methods. Check his publications (not much) or even his PhD disseration (accuracy of the power monitor). Check Dave Costill, Ball State Univ.
