Evil Fighters Secret Codes---
Highlight the Practice Mode option on the main menu. Press Select, Up, Right, Down, Right, Select.
The phrase "Here Comes A New Challenger" will appear at the bottom of the screen
to confirm correct code entry.
Evil Ryu, Evil Hokuto, Cycloid Beta and Gamma
may now be selected.

@dusk112 Not only does he take less damage but you can also teleport after a direct hit. He does WAY more damage too.

You can face him as a new challenger...........
what you have to do is to finish computer twice with a triple combo,don't lose any round and take 4-5 perfects,then in 5th or 6th stage,you gonna face shin garuda

i mean, i dont know how to bring him up as a challenger on the game... I can get Akuma, defeating everyone in arcade mode without using a continue... But never faced shin garuda...as for the cheating, I meant, sometimes it feels like the computer cheats, tho that is impossible... Juts means I'm crap, but i know that teknique, ha do ken, they jump, sho ryu ken...etc...etc...
