it may seem like a lot but cockatoos can live upto 150 years old and can have 200 young we get flocks of upto 4000 to 5000 birds.

even in sydney we have flocks of 100's of cockatoos

arthritis is from bad food. to much sunflower seed and no meat.

sunflower seed can cut a cockatoos life down to 30 - 40 years.

cockatoos need meat (meal worms will do just 1 or 2 aday)

cockatoos in the wild rip trees apart to get grubs and other bugs.

sunflower seed is full of transfat. if you feed a cockatoo 1 seed is the same as you eating 1 table spoon of sunflower oil (cooking oil)

the only time cockatoos eat seed in the wild is when there is no fruit

tomatos, plumbs melon and other sweet fruit.

when yuo buy a melon give the birds the centre

we get a lot of old one from the fruit shop
