At one point this song sounds like the biggest Doors ripoff. Alice even begins singing like Jim Morrison. It doesn't resemble one song in particular, more a combo of all those mysterious bluesy vamps they did. This one sounds like "Riders on the Storm" more than anything during that middle.

I should clarify, it's more of an homage. I don't think the whole songs sounds Doorsy, but part of it does. Of course, the brass is not so Doors like (although they used it on "Tell All the People" and "Touch Me"), but the tribal drums with the electric piano and menacing vocals Alice uses remind me of vintage Doors. Alice wasn't probably trying to rip any particular song off but he does come off like the Doors here although the lyrics are more vaudeville frightening than poetic and dark.
