    What I use... FF ,

    video download Helper . ff addon (to catch/control links)

    DownthemAll . ff addon (accelerator and download management)

    I want an option to choose the file to download, before I download.

    I don't want to download EVERY video I play.

    Browser integration is a must. for link control of chosen downloads.

    roll the features of downthemall and DownloadHelper into one low resource package = win.
