Nice flying. Does your motor start "pulsating" when your battery is starting to run low?

Yes it does, that is the soft low voltage cut off you should land when you hear the motor pulse..

It can almost hover stock... there is a few people that have converted to brushless and did some other mods for CG and they have plenty of power to hover.

You could probably slap in a cheap 5g outrunner from HC to get it to hover
