You already got 27.60, you are doing it right. I think if you just try a few more times you get it =). The only "good" tip is to start with the USP, so you'll do a quick melee and then switch to m9.

My strategy (i'll use this video as an "tutorial"):

start aiming at the first target, clear, sprint to the right, double kill like in 0:22, sprint, double in 0:29, sprint, 2 doubles in 0:34, sprint,doubles if possible in 0:39, clear, last 2 with double (melee if out of ammo) sprint ;)

@dakotavinci try to be as accurate as you can it gives you a bonus, I finished in 31 sec, but had a 4 sec accuracy boost to get 27. But it took a lot of runs. M9 and USP, use those two Desert Eagle is super hard to control.
