Hey John, that's a dutch song called "Guus Meeuwis - Het dondert en 't Bliksemt" Translation: Thunder and Lightning.. A cheesy dutch song about drinking beer. The conga line is called a Polonaise. We do it a lot over here at happy drinking party's.
