I like to sound like a Locust when i play with audacity. Im all "CRUSH!!!" "SLAUGHTER!!!" "ADVANCE!!!" Its sooo sick!!! To make your demon voice creepier, write want you wanna say on a piece of paper in a straight line, Write it again but put the words from left to right to right to left, then spell every every back wards. Say it in to Audacity, then reverse it! EX "Like this, Siht ekil". This vid was cool, Old, but still cool :D

Loved the tutorial, nice writing at the end too. If you want a really demonic voice you can even record a second track where you speak with a really high voice and then reduce the volume a bit, it just adds another layer.
