well I suppose we will agree to disagree. Obviously nobody sounds exactly like Thom, but this guy is doing a pretty damn good job of Thom's signature inflections, vibratos, etc. Good use of mix falsetto/belt voice which is pretty close to how Thom uses it.

That's probably the first comment that anyone's written that actually made me smile. The whole point of doing a cover is to do it your own way, and I suppose I borrow a lot of Thom's singing techniques, but it is important to note that I don't want to sound like him, and I hate it when I sing with my own band and people tell me I sound like Thom. So thanks!
