This is one of the worst games known to man. I like Excite Bike better on the Nintendo. What the Hell were they thinking when the made this game. I figure it this way, all developers should compare their games to all the top ten games of the year and try to make that list. If not, don't even bother making it. Budget or not. i also had trouble but here's the way first kick and punch him until he gets to the floor...when hes on the floor run away from him... if he sends you a net just evade it or move away from it...then repeat the process but this time you'll get special power...so everytime repeat the same process but now add the special power at the end and i can ashure you will make it...se you later and good luck
