Very cool, I approve. If you ever want to do this again, I have a little constructive hints. Bring a red lamp to light him/her if you can(shine it up the stairs or from above or better yet both), in the evening so it's slightly dimmer and it'll look super creepy(even though it's pretty creepy already, lol). The movement is pretty damn good, especially the head movements, but the limbs need a little more mechanical abrupt jerking to them, s/he is too graceful :P. Otherwise, totally cool. :)
