WOW, wo gave this guy the time of day to make this video. this guy is a criminal, the chase lasted 9 min. he should have just pulled over when the cops flipped on there lights. the agency should have not dropped the charges and stood behind there officers. This guy should be sitting in a jail cell !!!!

Fascinating video. I followed this case when it went to SCOTUS a few years ago, and the thing I never could understand is why he ran like that, at such a cost to himself. I wondered if it was fear, ego, or something else entirely. It made me sad, at such a loss to experience. During the trial, they didn't say much about Mr. Harris at all or what had become of his life afterwards. So I was curious and this video told the story. Thanks for posting it, Mr. Harris. fist, he had no seat belt on so it starts as a bad idea, second it was dark wet and still rainy, so now its a vary bad idea, third he was vary tired so now its a vary vary bad idea, then his license was suspended so now hes a retard, then runs from cops putting countless lives at risk including his so im not saying that he deserved it but with odds like toughs its not going to end well.

Now compared to know he wouldn't have gotten it as easy. he would face all charges cause the news will spread the chase and screw him over for the views. I think the justice system should judge by what they get from the people who were involved rather than a publics opinion cause everyone will try to be like "well I'm effected by this."
