I WOULD have used a tripod, I actually have on for my Flip, but the interview was conducted not in a hotel room but the lobby where they forbade me to use a tripod for no apparent reason. And where there was the most incredible racket I would add from the bar area as they started to smash ice and set up the minute the interview began.
