I wonder what would've happend if HTC bought Windows Mobile! Then they could've baked their gorgeous UI right into the core of WM, without having it to be "on top" of WM, as it is today, and the user experience could be better and smoother...

Microsoft is so late, that no one even bothers to use the WM default interface, because it is decades old :S

I do not recommend this update to WM6.5 from WM6.1 at all. WM6.5 does nothing more than WM6.1 but quite a few of my apps would no longer run under WM6.5. A bit like Vista really. Also, more importantly, with the "upgrade" my battery life was halved.

I have now downgraded back to WM6.1. When WM7 comes out I will probably be using an iPhone like everybody else.

Alright people, I still dont know what the use is of always taking roms into a phone that does not belong there. I mean. For example this touch diamond 2 started doing hick ups when htc sense started to put stuff into landscape. Do not mix your phone with roms that was not meant for your hardware.

There are a lot of rom-versions for the diamond 2.

OR you can wait till 6th of october. Thats the date the new windows mobile will be released.
