but he had gotten a root canal and had to take painkillers. when the painkillers combined with the antidepressants, a deadly substance formed inside his body and stopped his heart.

Depression can also be a disorder, some ppl have a chemical imbalance that they'll take pills for to correct. Same as ADD or anorexia or any other disorder that medications are prescribed for to fix that balance
