I have had one of these garmin c330 for a few years after i did the last firmware update i noticed later the screen makes a high pitch noise and it gives me a headache, the noise seems to be coming from the screen. Do you know what the problem may be or how to fix it ? any help would be great thanks.

you no this also works on the garmin c320 that i have and i found out it only 32mb of ram thats why it needs the sd card lol

I need to know if there is a way to upgrade/hack the firmware to allow you to play a video file, jpeg4 or any other , dix, etc....
On the C330....
I have seen others, older gps do it,. They use the SD for mem/space for the files, and have a media play in the firmware.
I can't find diddley on searches..
I know I"m just not looking in the right places, can any one shed light here?
