Just because someones opinion about the music is different doesn't mean it is bad, an interlude can be added in at a musicians discretion. And the simple fact remains, whether you like it or not, it still is, and if you want to change it, then change it yourself rather than disliking someone elses interpretation.

I think you got the thumbs down because your grammar is wrong, to be honest. He is not literally playing it 'on' an ukulele, since that denotes being on top of it. 'By' is more accurate than your suggestion because Greensleeves is being played /by/ the means of an ukulele. 'With' is the most accurate I can think of.
