No, they are both stamped. The stamps don't show up in the scanned images but do in photographs. Besides that the HI Department of Health have repeatedly confirmed that both the short form and long form are authentic. No, they are both stamped. The stamps don't show up in the scanned images but do in photographs. Besides that the HI Department of Health have repeatedly confirmed that both the short form and long form are authentic. My only concern is for government transparacy. He is clouding the water of important topics by not allowing the public access to his records, it makes him look guilty of something thus masking important things going on right in front of us.

@julianpamplin1 Actually we do know what bush's grades were in Yale, the media often criticised him for getting C's and you can find his SAT scores because they were part of his application and that was also made public record. As far as school transcripts it more has to to with financial assistance and what not because there was controversy over who he claimes citizenship with for certain forign aid type scholorships I consider a willingness to lie for money very important.

Bush's grades and application were not "made public record," they were leaked by the Washington Post. Bush didn't authorize it because he shouldn't have to. And we shouldn't protect the rich at the expense of the poor, but the only people who benifit from big government are the rich and all I've seen Obama do is increase the size of the federal governments powers, and the powers of his office. Another thing that just struck me, by the words of LTC Terry Lakin.
Since all orders originate with the office of the president, thus him not being a legally eligible president would cause any and all foreign operations, incl. but not to to embassies, military personnel and so on, would constitute nothing short than an illegal occupational force on foreign soil lead by a private citizen.
As such, any and all troops, personnel and staff must be called home ASAP.
