There was a period for about of a week in May 2010 where Portal was free because they were doing a promotional release when Steam came out on the Mac. Perhaps you downloaded it then and forgot about it.

I just played portal 2 co-op. Man those puzzles are clever! Jon, if want puzzles that really make you think, combined with the twin-portal action of the harder test chambers, it's a must buy. I'm still in awe at some of the brilliantly laid-out levels.
