  • when I pled out on those charges I was not supposed to have to register as a sex offender but the DA and police harassed me for not registering - that is a violation of my rights that is why we freestaters stand up for you.

RidleyReport our opinion of freestarters in New Hampshire and there rights to man boy love or not

  • Two questions:

The entrance for wheelchair users clearly opens outwards. Does it open automatically? It looks like it might be difficult for those sitting in wheelchairs to open.

Where is the ramp for wheelchair users to get from the street to the wheelchair user entrance at the top of the steps?

  • I don't believe that guy was tortured.

    1. He tried to get away at first when you started pressing him for details on camera.

    2. He kept talking all fast and skipping over details (sign of a liar).

    3. He says "the feds are after me" and "it's too late for my children..." COME ON.

  • Dave, you should become familiar with 41 c.f.r. § 102-74.420. It specifically excludes Building entrances, lobbies, foyers, corridors, or auditoriums for news purposes. For outdoors you just cant block access.

  • The oppressors must silence dissent

  • SS, Stasi, Nazis = Homeland Security

  • Of course New York is the worst... ugh

  • Can someone tell me the names of the gentleman with the headband and his wife in this video. I met them at Porcfest, would like to keep up but I forgot their names.

    ps.

    Julian Heicklen is awesome.

  • @iheartdd4eva Lauren Canario and her husband. youtube channel is tackletheworld.

  • @SSILENTNATION Thank you so much. We got married at Porcfest and they were very kind to us (they fed us breakfast every morning), so they got to be on the 'thank you' note list.

  • Honto ni nihongo wakaru no?

  • I had a judge instruct the jury that if the weight of evidence supported the charge they MUST find me guilty. I accused the judge of jury tampering and got him removed from the case. Then I found out that he'd only been moved to another case. I went down to the police dept and filed charged against him. Of course it didn't go anywhere even though jury tampering is a felony...except he now has an accusation on his record. And BTW...I was found not guilty by a 9 to 3 vote.

  • There are four boxes one can use in the defense of Liberty.

Soap, ballot, jury and ammo. Please use in that order.

  • Great video! As usual!

  • Got a link for us on how to get a copy of Julian's pamphlet?

  • First, while I'm at it, there's a PBS *Frontline* from 1984 where they put cameras in a jury room in WI. The jury returned a nullification verdict. Most wanted to tell the DA he had better things to do--one went along to get a verdict. I dont know if you can watch that online or not.

  • Have any of these arrests ever been challenged on constitutional grounds. I don't know where they were passing out material. But have you ever look at *United States* v. *Grace*. Of course, with the fine Republicans you libers like to help put on the bench, the Bill of Rights is likely to get a good beating in federal court. But you might want to look into it.

  • @newdarnaccount I will also add that Grace and another were threatened with arrest. They left *without being arrested* then sued for injunctive relief--whic the finally got.

  • @newdarnaccount they finally got

  • Thank goodness for people like Julian! Until I saw the Ridley Report I had no idea about jury nullification. I was called for jury duty this year but didn't get picked (for some reason I get called every year and never get picked). Now I know if I ever do get chosen...I can vote my conscience. I probably never get picked because of my views on the death penalty, bad cops, guns, etc.

  • The protesters look real scary. Homeland Security is a waste of taxpayer money. This looks like an important way to inform people about the jury process.

  • The jury is there to decide whether or not your guilty of AN OFFENSE not a crime. Make it clear that what you are accused of isn't an offense and then explain the right of juris prudence to them.

  • It was awesome to see Julian at Porcfest

  • I'm going to talk about this on the show tomorrow, is that ok Ridley? If you don't know, I have a local show in Danvers MA. You can see some in my channel, I haven't uploaded all of them yet.

  • @josda1000 you don't need my permission to talk about ridley reports lol
