@IedzeppeIin2044 You have zero proof, unless you know something other than what the failed WMPD brought to the original trials. Oh and this video was made in 2008, get over yourself on the smacking thing, it only shows desperation on your part.
The man seen in Bojangles on the night of May 5, 1993, did not have a vehicle and was last seen walking on Missouri Street. Therefore, he could not have kidnapped Chris, Michael and Steve, held them and then dumped their bodies in the woods as supporters claim.
Marty King observed that the man was bleeding, which explains the blood he left behind when he left the restaurant. He appeared and disappeared before 9:00 p.m. on the night of May 5, 1993.
Therefore, if he did kill the boys, they would have to have been killed prior to Mr. Bojangles' appearance on Missouri Street on the night of May 5, 1993.
As for the loss of the blood sample taken from the restaurant, it was actually the best thing to happen for Echols, Baldwin and Miskelley. Had it been examined and eliminated the incident, the defense would not have been able to bring it up, nor would they have been able to use the incident to criticize the WMPD.
No offence but your police department really screwed this up!!! I mean how the hell did they lose vital DNA from a report of a man covered in blood/ mud on the day of the muderder. This is totally beyond me!
I do know one thing - these kids were murdered in the most savage way - and it would take at least 2 people to do this...so I do not think the Bejangles guy is releant anyway. One man could not apprehend and kill three healthy kids....they would run away immediately. Had to be 2..mayb 3!!
@weirdcitykid You're damn right they screwed it up. I am convinced they didn't "lose" it, they threw it out on purpose.
It may take more than one person to commit this crime. Mr. Bojangles does hold relevance. People who were searching for the missing children did report hearing gun shots. It is possible that Mr. Bojangles had a sudden attack of concience, tried to back out, and got shot by his cohorts as he tried to leave. crime scene was only 3 miles down the bayou from bojangles.
@weirdcitykid I don't think the bloody man had anything to do with the boys deaths at all but one man can kill 3 kids. When kids are scared enough, most won't run. Especially when they know the adult can catch them.
@Farmboy7899 True, but that's not going to happen. Plus I saw heard Terry Hobbs transcript of the deposition. That man told so many lies and went around questions. If you had nothing to do with it, there's not way your going to tell that many lies.
@imaStonesFan Damn right we will. Look at the crime. It's personal, you don't torture children just for the fun of it. Whoever did this was close to atleast 1 of the children, it definitely isn't some kids doing it just for fun one random night. Look at Columbine, did those kids take their time shooting people? Did they stop and cut their balls out before shooting them? No. Only when the killer has either watched the victim for some time, is a veteran serial killer, or is close to the victim.
@imaStonesFan Look a little closer at the so called "confession". LOL. I love when people try to use it. Especially since Jessie passed a polygraph while saying he didn't do it, prior to the "confession".
Dude, they should have investigated that Bojangles incident hardcore. I think that guy may have very well been the murderer. God damn those incompetent cops!
So one man can detain and tie up three boys? You can not get ahold of one boy with out some trouble forget about three. One man it would be almost totaly impossible to get three boys tied up.
@edteach2u I don't claim to know the answer nor who killed them. I only know who did NOT. In these videos of mine, I only examine what the WMPD refused to.
@Farmboy7899 It is not possible for you to know the WM3 were not involved in the murders, but you can feel that were not, or think they were not, but unless you were standing there and watching you can not KNOW they did not. Lack of evidence is not evidence of a negative. You can argue that there is insufficient evidence to convict but this is far from saying that they could not have committed the crime.
@edteach2u When you have researched this case for 3+ years like I have, using every available resource you can get your hands on...reading actual court documents, police reports, etc...THAT is how you know. What you are arguing is semantics. You are operating on the "if a tree falls in a forest..." mentality.
@Farmboy7899 You don't know Shit, you think, you feel you believe, but you don't konw, get a clue webster. I believe that men landed on the moon, I was not there so I don't konw. Words mean things, learn what they mean.
@Farmboy7899 The Bo jangles argument has to my mind less credibility of a possible explanation than the three in prison did it. One black man has blood and mud on him so we have a prime suspect? The guy could be a drunk who fell to the ground, cut himself and was dazed. So this one man subdued three eight year olds and killed them then does not have the mental capacity to tell the difference between a men and women bathroom sign? Give me a break.
@edteach2u Once again, you are thinking one dimensionally on this subject. Mr. Bojangles may or may not have been involved, but if in fact he was...he damn sure got away with it, didn't he? If the WMPD can pin the murders on the WM3 based on clothing fibers (you could find clothing fibers in MY house TODAY that would be "consistent"), then I can say a man covered in mud and blood less than half a mile away from the crime scene in the right time frame is probable cause.
@edteach2u Did I ever say that Mr. Bojangles is exactly who did it? No I did not. What I DID say is that he could have been involved and that the police botched the case by conveniently "losing" the blood scrapings and not doing an extensive investigation into this guy. I never said he did it alone (if he was involved). There are any number of reasons he might have been there...anything from aiding in the crime to being a passer by that got shot by the culprit(s).
@Farmboy7899 The theory of him being shot stems from what is called "the manhole theory" in which I read on a blog by JMB. It is a fact that 2 of the teenagers who were searching for the missing children that night reported that they heard a gunshot followed by loud splashes while they were in the woods.
@FarmBoy 7899 ..Hey FarmBoy, what's up??.. This dude argues with me also. He is obviously a TROLL. I choose not to answer his nonsense anymore. He makes shit up as he goes..peace..Pretty
@Farmboy7899 There was no botching dude. I do agree that the police dept. was sloppy, but a complete dummy could have got a conviction. Thats how I feel. I would like an answer from you about your atmittancde to catching that child and holding him for then to kill. I have been very aware of this case since it was discovered, and intend to go deeper into it. With your help of course.
this isnt pointed out at you,I am shocked by the lack of intelligence involved in this case. the mother of one of the victims, she seems like she has a 2cd grade education and the town there as well. you are a well spoken young man and i can hear you out. the others ,i dont understand so much
The corrupt cops are being investigated, they are all on a first name basis with the fathers of the victims. Word gets out of their corruption and perhaps a "message" needs to be sent to those that know what's going on?
There were I believe 26 calls to the WMPD on 5-5-93 in & around the area where the boys lived and the crime scene.
A black man was seen around the woods during the time of the murders.
I like the way u c things farm.Hobbs saw black bum walk west on the rr tracks-no car. What time was the bloody black man in the bojangles restroom?Cood this man have been sifting thru the jangles dumpster?Cood Hobbs be injecting the bum to cast suspicion from himself?
Another stellar summation, farmboy. I always believed that the exclusion of 'Mr. Bojangles' as a suspect was one of the worst errors that the West Memphis police committed. Jut the fact of his presence so close to the crime scene should have cast reasonable doubt on the WM3.
Oh, for you other posters, farmboy isn't eating or chewing gum (although he could be chewing gum in some of his segments). He is either chewing tobacco or using snuff, the soda bottle spitoon is a dead giveaway.
what do u think bout the knife tht was found in the lake right nxt to Jason Baldwins house bout 3 mnts after Jessie Misskelley's trial? also the jar tht was found in Dameon Echols bedroom? do u think tht these could have been planted by the police themselves? i think so
It could have been a random knife that anyone lost, or it could have been planted. Who knows. All I am confident about is that it was not Jason's. I wouldn't put it past the WMPD to plant things.
always believed that the wm3 always been innocent from the beginning i was jst wonderin y they found the knife in the pond behind Jason's house & tried to use it as evidence during his & dameon's trial that's all
Jason's mom found the knife in Jason's room (LONG before the murders) and threw it in the pond. It was the only thing the WMPD could find to pin the murders on them so they concocted the whole "murder weapon" nonsense.
The state knows who murdered those boys (and more importantly, who DIDN'T) but they are going to stick to their story until the end....
@trace3333 omg! That so distracted me from watching his video as well!!! I can not stand when sum1 smacks while eating or chewing gum!!! Correction: (this is razzme1 by the way)
This guy shows up bloody & muddy at Bojangle's. Could it be that the cops knew this guy and chose not to investigate?
Perhaps this is why the muddy/bloody evidence was not tested or kept up with properly.
I know there are a million theories out there but I was just thinking about it and wanted to interject it into conversation.
To quote Bill & Ted
