Yeah it's true Leona did so many interviews in 2008 because she was a newcomer and that helped her but now it all comes to tv show performances and nothing else and the difference is noticable. But i would point another thing - it's clear that within one year the audience changes music taste so quickly and it's scary sometimes. Leona might be suffering from it.

i loved leona lewis up untill she complained about the food being served at some music awards show. just because the food wasn't to her liking she took a hissy fit and threatened not to show up, she's a bit of a stuck-up cow now if u ask me. seems all that fame and fortune went to her head and she has 4gotten where she came from.

..hilarious! do you know what food it was they were gonna serve you moron? It was Foie gras which production is banned in the uk because it violates many basic animal welfare rights..it involves force feeding ducks and the Brit Awards were planning on importing it for the show So as an animal lover she campaigned for it to be taken off the menu and they listened to her and her followers!(including other celebs) so u are speaking completely out ur ass after probably skimming some gossip website!

She's adorable- I don't think I've ever actually seen her interviewed before, but absolutely love how she sounds on both the Avatar and Final Fantasy XIII soundtracks. This girl's career just went orbital with Avatar and FFXIII, wish her a great future...and how in the f#ck could someone have hit her? The UK is a constitutional monarchy actually.....which consists of Northern Ireland and Great Britain which unites the COUNTRIES England; Wales and Scotland. That's technically speaking, but the UK is often referred to as one country in general speaking. And for the record, I'm not a 'dumb American' speaking, I live in the country of England. @gnostical- Once again you have showed us your level of ignorance. I made MAYBE 2 mistakes but they weren't spelling mistakes at all, but rather typing mistakes. YOu will see that in looking at the simple misplacement of the letter in the word. Secondly, the internet is not an English invention, but rather 99 percent American. The only thing that Tim Berners-Lee did was popularize the internet into most households. But the internet before that already had existed for 2 decades.

You will simply see that the internet was created by the USA military to facilitate communication. It was popularized by the Mr British Person. Yeah it's true Leona did so many interviews in 2008 because she was a newcomer and that helped her but now it all comes to tv show performances and nothing else and the difference is noticable. But i would point another thing - it's clear that within one year the audience changes music taste so quickly and it's scary sometimes. Leona might be suffering from it.

Nice she was doing interviews on the main US primetime shows for the Spirit album campaign, hence the sucess.
US and worldwide promotion for Echo really has been lacking, very upsetting that this album debuted at 13 in America, which for someone of Leona's calibre is utterly digusting! America, BUY THIS RECORD AND MAKE IT HER 2ND NUMBER ONE SHE DESERVES IT, WORLD CLASS ARTIST!!!!! NOT SELLING ENOUGH!!! That's all.

I've also bought her pre-x-factor albums, one in Walmart (I can't believe it either) and the other one off of Ebay :) I just need her book and her perfume now :/ lol
