  • AoA, I love your videos. Dam ka qeema is an absolute favorite of mine-I use Zubaida Tariq's Kitchen recipe (pg. 72) and it is delicious, my quests also love it and go crazy for it. You might like to try dam ka qeema again with some adaptations to increase the dish's lazzat for you. You can add bhuna hua channa but chilka wala, not plain, add roasted ground khashkhaash, garnish with fresh mint and lime juice to serve. I love your dishes, but I think u will like this more with some changes.

  • bajia is dish ko aapne sahi kaha ki logo ki cheze kharab hone se ijad hua.kyu ki hydrabadi biryani ki yakhni almost iske hi tarah hai bas usme kheeme ki jagah ghosht hota hai.per bajia jo kahe ye ijad waise itna bura nahi hai.per bahut time taking hai ye recipe.

  • Roast besan in a pan before adding! 2 1/2-3 tbs is ok

  • I have totally forgotten the recipe. Home made naans are never like bazari naans.

    I tried a few times but they were not 100%. Add yeast in the plane flour as given on sachet. Add 2tbs yogurt, 1 ½ tbs sugar, pinch of salt, mix it with warm water, keep it in warm place till its double. Heat tawa, place the naan, apply egg with burgh, sprinkle sesame seeds, do not turn, when you see its firm put it in the grill. Apply butter after removing from grill.

  • Yes why not. I did not have coal thats why I added a peace of wood. Just pour a drop of oil on the coal to get good smoke. Or place it in oven for a while after cooking with a coconut shell with a drop of oil.
