this stripped down version lets me see a deeply tragic side of this song, while clearly make out the lyrics. Could the song be about a street dweller? Infinite in its possibilities, but this version peels at another layer. Hey, P.Pit, I am in like with your music.

@wikkedchik90 i'm not sure. but there's a interview in which the band talks about the 'meaning' of the album. as they say the theme of the album is kind of based on 'manic depression' and freaky thoughts of suicide and that. the song (how i'm analyzing it) could totally be about that depressed side. at least, i can place every sentence in such a feeling. but i'm of course, not sure. it's just based on interviews and on how the person who writes the songs comes across talking about them.

well, that is just michael the way he is i guess. i've read that all members of passion pit share different intensities of stage fright ;)

yet, he seems to be so genuinely in love with music and he shows no fear of expressing that. nowadays lots of performances (not only mainstream) look and sound just too rehearsed imo.
