WOW!! Your jumps is perfect! When I do the toe touch, I cant really get hem that high, and I have problems landing them..! Do I do something wrong or do I just need more practice? Stretching and building leg, arm, and ab muscle. But if you really want good jumps, I suggest ankle weights or resistance bands. (I prefer the resistance bands because they snap your legs back together and help land the jumps)

there no such thing as a nine jump the jumps she did were a herkie and toe touch which were really bad by the way she should practice tumbling in oder to get the perfect landing

thanks. i just practice alot!! and a double 9 is when one arm is punching out and the other arms fist is touching your elbokinda making a box and your legs are doing the same thing. its very confusing.

yes there is such thing as a double nine...it is like a pike buht one of your arms is taking its fist to your inner arm near your elbow
and it looks the same with your legs
either your a bad cheerleader or you havent been in NCA or your not a cheerleader at all
