I'm probably going to look very strange as a grey haired 70 something year old guy, jammin this as loud as possible cruising down the road, but I dont really give a shit.
Today's music (with very few exceptions) pales to the stuff we had growing up.. (just turned 40 a few weeks ago). Just wish Lou Gramm had aged as well as some of his rock contemporaries... He had such a great voice for rock ! (one of the best for sure).
I wish I was a 70's child instead of 80's, so I could have experienced what it would've been like when that song came out and it became an instant hit! The 80's still has some of the best music ever made!
Dear friend, if you want to listen to this song again as well as an endless number of love songs I suggest you visit Radio MUSICA PARA MIMOS - look for the URL in Google (search Musica para Mimos). Greatest romantic hits of all times!!!

@chrisjames147 You're right, it is Junior Walker. I have this "Greatest 25 Saxophone Solos" book and it states that Junior Walker played the sax solo for this.
@gorefiend2012 I'm 17, no one says bomb. I don't know who heard saying that, but they're a bunch of fags. I believe the term you're looking for is "nice".
@OldMod1 What's next is failing eyesight, wobbly legs, and why can't I see my shoes over my tummy anymore? Thankfully we have'nt gone deaf yet. Great track.
An awesome track from this masterpiece album! Quite unique for an AOR-track as well, because it was a huge floorfiller(at least here in Sweden) when I was working as a DJ back then(1981). Remember the bass synth in the refrain made the crowd go crazy! :o)
@thrasher1983 - yes, probably so... but that's funny! I used to think that the "KISS" song "Lick it up" was "Live it up"... when I realized what they were really saying it put a whole new meaning to the song.
Depends on the band and the song, saxaphones can add that extra umph and /or beat,...whatever the hell it is I'm trying to type. In this song the saxaphone plays very well here. I think saxaphones could be used more today because they can rock
