I am going through the same problem, the best way for me is to control my thoughts and stay positive and positive thoughts, i have the clicking noises in my head and neck sounds kinda like a power surge noise sounds like a few seconds after you turn off your computer, kinda hard to explain, i have the pin prick feelings all over my body and will feel negative dense fearful feelings on my body more so buttox area, fearful or negative thinking increases the problem. focusing on positive helps.
