Looks like 9# ya hit that hole again your not pulling that arrow out with one finger. I make that material. 4# is what you need and you wont need to rub you finger on it to cover the hole, it will close by it self when the arrow is pulled.
well it could be like horse hair is on a dart board just all stacked in really tight so your not actually cutting anything and when you pull it out just shrinks back up
