go to start, all programs, accessories, windows movie maker and open it
if you have servies pack 2 there is some differences but no matters.
on the bottem of window you can see a microphone icon, push that and by "Audio input source:" select "Wave out mix" then play your film and push "Start Narration". so you can record the film music

I think there is no way
you can use some programs like screen recorder or screenplayt or etc but I don´t know how they work
