I protest to exercise my right and make a difference. The latest union rally which led to a strike worked, thus protecting the health insurance benefits and not increasing the price of it for the Marriott workers. Also, I did phone banking and ended up getting loads of people registered to vote, plus info about polls. It was voting conservatives who passed prop 8 in california, and we need voting liberals to stop it. However, the black communities homophobia and them voting for O also sucked.
