I love what they were trying to do in this show making it seem like theirs a lot of people struggleing to survive. I like 5D's but if the Animation style was darker it would have been almost perfect in my opinon. I just hate that the show was so bright a lot GX should of looked like that and the origanl's dark style should have been in this and the origanl series shouldn't of exsisted at all

Yeah I hate the origanl if you like it cool but I can't stand the duels that last more three epsiodes

2nd half of the 3rd season of GX got considerably dark (maybe not as dark as 5D's but the whole show's atmosphere changed)
