  • hey i just wanted to let you know im running 1700 watt rms continuous to mine or where you using the 750.1 for break in or sq

  • @fordF150roush The Bl could easily run 1700 rms continuous IF the gains are perfectly set. I was running the 750 because my cars sound stage wouldn't have been able to keep up with more bass. There's no point if I can't hear the lyrics, you know?

  • @dvessels then get a 4 channel... really not that hard man.

  • @BENSYARDSERVICE I'm running 2 amps now and I don't use my 750 anymore. This video is not a predication of my current set up. Don't assume anything.

  • is the bl dual 1 ohm? if so how did you wire it since the zx is 2ohm stable?

  • hey have you ever metered your car? im bout to but 2 12in bls on a 2200 watt in my tc

  • hey bro im trynna get my music hooked up just like urs, i also have a tc. I wanted to ask if u did any modification to the voice speakers when u installed the audio, thanks

  • @drzknight87 no I didn't, the speakers are stock. You're just going to need a tc wire harness to install the headunit.

  • a guy has the same subs as the ones my cousin has 2 kicker cvr 15's on that stax amp the other guy had a fosgate t1500.1 on them and they was hitting just as hard, i need to check and see what that amp is putting out for $200 dollars you cant go wrong.I didn't believe till i seen it w/ my own eyes they use to be way overrated but now power acoustik is actually putting some time and money in there amps.

  • the sub need a friend

  • way underpowered bro

  • @cwish2014 Yea bro, I realized this haha. I've made changes to the enclosure and an aftermarket headunit since then and it hits alot harder. Eventually I'll upgrade to around 1500 rms. Also my entire roof is glass, so don't expect much flex up there.

  • @dvessels good bro

  • @dvessels yea they are underpowered but its the same thing if you put a 2600 hifonics on them you are still underpowered cause hifonics is way overrated now, if you pay 350-400 bucks for a 2600 watt amp its not a true rms amp, power acoustik amps out hit hifonics, i will say about the bamf and stax series in the power acoustik amps they are underrated, i hooked up a stax 2000d that puts out 900 @ 2 ohm, hits way harder then what it says, sounds like 1500.

  • @dvessels just to let all the ppl that decided to buy the bl instead of the q the q is a sql and the bl is a spl speaker less exsursion and does not hot lower notes as well as the q but there the same price either way, you probably bought the bl because it was a higher series which in fact its the lower of the spl series

  • @jcNE2011 I have no idea what you're talking about. If you're implying that I bought the Bl because I thought it was better, then you're just saying 'anything' right now. Whether a system sounds good or not depends solely on the entire set up of the car. I bought the Bl because I knew that when I decided to upgrade my amp and speakers, I wouldn't need to worry about buying an amp that would essentially be too strong for the Q. 2 different sub woofers for 2 different goals. Q=SQL/BL=SPL

  • @dvessels well u know what your talking about i was just informing you that bl was for spl not sq i see alot of ppl bying bl just because they are higher up on the list, but in fact didnt know that it was a spl sub not a sq sub like the q is

  • i like how the port is on its side too but i was thinking about building a box where the port is facing the front of the car and the sub is facing the back; good idea or no?

  • @DevinSwanson1 It's about 2.3 cubic ft.

  • Only 750 watts?

  • @ELgrango yes sir

  • Sounds good. LOL water fell. I like how the port is on the side.
