Okay, so like I have Windows 7... and after 10-15 minutes of waiting for it to install, it finally finished, so I clicked on the icon to play. Well then it came up and said "Failed to find any DirectX 9.0c compatible graphicd adapters in this system! Please make sure you have a DirectX 9.0 compatible adapter and have the installed the latest drivers provided by the manufacturer. The application will now terminate." I'm not that bright so I don't know what that means. I have DirectX 9.0c.

uggH!!!! this is so unfair its because my father will buy a sims 2 and a laptop a laptop because my computer's C.D. drive is broken so laptop I said he buy it there at his country he live in bahrain so i said that he buy it there then he said that ha had buy it (the sims 2 double deluxe) so i said ok how about the laptop?
