Although it's (necessarily) short, the animation has a lot of effort (not just tweened doodles) and looks very professional and funny. The Karl animation was a little simplistic, but overall it's great.

May I ask how you capture your flash animations? As when I export mine as a movie the symbols don't play properly.

Yea, i dont save things as symbols. If i want something that needs to loop i save it as a graphic and set it to loop.I export it with Xvid too, the sound goes out of sync with that, so i just resync it in windows movie maker. =]
